Nurses’ mental health status, work motivation levels and related factors during the pandemic period

Aim: This study is aimed to examine the mental health status, work motivation levels and related factors of nurses who care for COVID-19 patients during pandemic period. Materials Methods: was planned as a descriptive cross-sectional study. Data were collected at university hospital between October 2021 January 2022. Personal Information Form developed by researchers based on literature, General Health Questionnaire-28, Nurse Job Motivation Scale used collect data. Results: More than half (56.1%) in risk group terms health. There negative significant relationship their status. In addition, it has been determined that number affecting workload process states motivations nurses. Conclusion: Strategies should be increase nurses’ improve institutions cases.
